Dynative Solutions Group LLC was organized in 2009 and is located in Wayne, New Jersey. Dynative Solutions provide consulting, marketing, and risk management solutions for public and private sector clients, domestically and internationally.
The Dynative team has extensive background in marketing, law, banking & finance, real estate engineering and health care, and utilize that knowledge in providing services to our clients.

Mr.Rosellini has had an extensive and highly successful career in the insurance field including a 30 year career at Chase Manhattan Bank.
While at Chase he was in Charge of Risk Finance and Commercial and Consumer Insurance Products Worldwide. He was also instrumental in the creation of both Chase Insurance Agency and Western Hemisphere Life Insurance Company and was an officer and Director of both. Mr Rosellini was also Chairman of the ABA Income Insurance Committee in Washington and was Chase's Representative on the Comptroller of the Currency Insurance Committee. Following his career at Chase he formed Creative Professional Services a consulting Company and continued his relationship with Chase until 2005 in the Insurance Area, Mr Rosellini also served as a Director of the Voyager Insurance Group (part of The American Bankers Insurance Group) and Health Network America. He also worked as a consultant for the Bank of Butterfield in Bermuda until 2006. In 2009, he formed the Dynative Consulting Group. In addition Mr Rosellini is very active in the Community and has been a member of both the Foundation and Advisory Boards of Chilton Medical Center and has served several years as Chairman of the Foundation Board which he is presently second Vice Chair of. He presently serves on several committees of the Chilton Medical Center and the Atlantic Health System. He currently is Second Vice Chairman of the Foundation Board. His philanthropic activities also extend to Seton Hall University (Insurance Advisory Board Member), North Jersey Lions Foundation, Wayne Lions Club (former President), and Wayne Senior Housing Board.
Joseph Liotta, Marketing
Mr. Liotta Graduated from Brooklyn College with a BS Degree. He attained Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter: Associate of Risk Management Designations
Has been within Insurance & Risk Management Industry for 41 Years
Taught Insurance & Risk Management at Seton Hall for 6 years
He holds position as Vice Chairman of Board of Directors of Mental Health Association of Morris County
He was the Chairman of Nominating Committee at Mental Health Association of Morris County
John K. Taggart, Marketing
John K. Taggart holds a degree from New Jersey Institute of Technology as well as a CPIM (Certified Production & Inventory Management) and a CIRM (Certified Integrated Resource Management). He has been a senior leader in Global Manufacturing Operations and supply chain management and held executive positions in several national corporations such as Singer Service Co., Sperry Univac/Unisys, Dragoco/Symrise, and Purchasing Net Inc.
Dick Ossi, Marketing
Mr. Ossi is a Regional Director at Paradigm Associates and is the former CEO of Accredited Health Services, a home health care company, employing over 300 health care workers. Mr. Ossi was one of the pioneers within ADP, serving as the company’s first Sales Training Manager, and later served as the Sales Executive for the three divisions within the company. He rose to become the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. His broad range of expertise has allowed Mr. Ossi to diagnose and create business-related solutions from the level of CEO down to line staffing. His approach to organizational behavior has had a positive and lasting impact on dozens of companies. By identifying objectives, defining organizational strengths and weaknesses, Mr. Ossi works to maximize productivity, while reducing waste.
He has served on the Advisory Board of the General Hospital Center of Passaic (NJ), and served as Chairman of the Hospital’s fund raising committee. He continues to serve as a Board member of numerous organizations in New Jersey and Florida.
John Martin, Marketing
Mr. Martin has served as an executive within both the insurance and banking industries. He used his decade’s long experience to plan and implement insurance programs within one of the world’s largest banks, serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Executive for the bank’s insurance group, which recorded sales exceeding one billion dollars.
His extensive knowledge of product development and team building has given Mr. Martin a unique prospective for problem solving. His pragmatic approach unquestionably relates back to his years as a U.S. Army Ranger, where he developed a wide range of analytic and evaluative skills.
Anthony Olivito, Marketing
Anthony Olivito graduated Upsala College with an AB in Economics and Spanish, and completed an MBA at Auburn University.
He retired from the United States Air Force in the grade of Colonel, completing 26 years of service as the Director of Manpower and Personnel ( J-1 ) at the US Readiness Command, MacDill AFB, Tampa Fl. He remained in Tampa and worked for a local clothing manufacturer to establish a textile assembly plant in El Salvador, and also negotiated labor contracts for the company assembly plants in Guatemala and Honduras. He later served as an independent contractor for a national company marketing and selling waterproofing and sealant products to commercial and government activities in the Southeastern part of the United States. During this time, he completed a contract with the General Services Administration (GSA), to enhance product sales with government activities. He subsequently established his own company to design and install hardscape projects for commercial and residential projects.
